      How to Use

The Chiller Cool Pouch for insulin is engineered with evaporation-based cooling technology. It reliably maintains your insulin, EpiPens, and other medications within the critical temperature window of 18°C to 26°C for up to 45 hours, even under the intense summer heat of up to 37.8°C.

How to Use Your Chiller Cooling Pouches

These small medication cooler bags are made of two different parts:

      • The inner cooling wallet
      • The outer insulated cover
      1. Activate the inner cooling wallet: Soak the wallet with the crystals in cold water for 20-30 minutes.
      2. Even Out the Crystals: Gently work the wallet by hand to spread the crystals evenly.
      3. Drying Process: Pat the wallet with a towel and let it air for about 5 minutes to
        ensure excess water is absorbed.
      4. Assemble your Cooling Pouch: Insert the semi-dry inner cooling wallet into its protective insulated cover.
      5. Pack Up: Place your insulin or other medication into the Chiller Cooling Pouch and set off with over 45 hours of cooling below 26°C.

How to Keep Your Cooling Pouch Active

Our medication cooler bags are designed to be used repeatedly, providing flexibility for your travels! To reactivate your Chiller:

      1. Refresh the Crystals: Every 45 hours or when you notice the gel depleting, re-soak the wallet to keep your medications safe.
      2. Quick Activation: A brief 2-4 minute soak will suffice if you’re using it
continuously since the crystals retain partial activity.

      Caring for Your Cooling Pouch

Treat your Chiller like the reliable travel companion it is! With proper care, it’ll deliver years of temperature-regulated storage for unlimited travels with your medication always cool and safe.

      Maintenance Tips:

When not in use, ensure your cooling pouch is dry. Remove the inner wallet and let it air dry completely. For faster drying, position it near a warm source like a radiator or in sunlight, occasionally shaking it to keep the crystals ready.

      Cleaning Your Chiller:

The outer insulated cover can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a mild detergent. The inner cooling wallet, however, needs gentle spot cleaning using a soft brush and an antibacterial spray that doesn’t contain bleach to stay pristine and functional.

Genotropin must also be refrigerated before use. After first injection, Genotropin should be protected from heat and always kept below 25°C.
