What locations do we ship to?
Fortunately, we currently offer worldwide shipping for every order!
We package and ship orders to nearly every country in the world. However, if you would like to order to a country outside the EU, please go to 4allfamily.com instead.
How much does shipping cost to my location?
We currently offer free standard shipping for all orders within the EU. This also includes returns and exchanges. For orders containing battery items, an additional charge of 25-45 EUR will be applied in some areas of the EU according to dangerous goods transport regulations.
For orders outside the EU, please visit 4allfamily.com, where we offer worldwide shipping. The exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Items for orders outside the EU are mostly shipped from the USA. Returns and exchanges from outside the EU must be calculated separately and are not covered except in specific cases where our company decides to take responsibility for them.
How long does it take for an order to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible from our numerous domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available at your location.
We offer free standard shipping, with delivery times ranging from 2–4 business days or 6–12 business days, depending on product availability across our warehouses. Please refer to the shipping options shown during checkout and choose accordingly, depending on what options are available at certain times. We usually try to offer the 2–4 business days shipping option in most cases. Please allow extra time during our peak season as postal delays are beyond our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters can also lead to further postal delays. Tracking information, including carriers, is provided with every order. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers are sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may occur that are beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order is sent with insured shipping and handling to prevent lost packages. If your order is held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we are here for you! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking if possible. Please refer to our refund and return policies to see when they might apply to shipping situations.
Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?
All prices on our website are displayed in EUR, with all taxes fully covered by
us. Depending on your location and the laws in your region, however, you may need to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
